Culpepper and Merriweather Circus entertains in Gibbon

The circus came to Gibbon on Friday, July 19, in the parking lot of Gibbon Public School. The Culpepper and Merriweather Circus began the day by offering those interested to watch the big top tent go up and then gave early birds a behind- the-scenes look at the show. The midway opened around 4:00 p.m. and the circus put on two performances that evening to the delight of the circus-goers. (–photos by Dennis Walker)
