Four candidates for the Alda Village Board of Trustees will face voters on the ballot for three open seats in the Tuesday, November 5, general election. Jerry Shears, LaNae Hays, Zach Mayhew, and Robert Curfman will be on Alda voters’ ballots that day.

On Tuesday, October 1, the Gibbon Public School’s Nursery Management class teamed with the City of Gibbon parks staff to plant new trees at Davis Park using trees courtesy of the Ten Free Trees program, an effort of the Nebraska Forest Service and the Nebraska Statewide Arboretum. The City of Gibbon recently received ten trees for the Retree Parks project.
Clipper Country voters will have the opportunity to voice their opinions next week in the Tuesday, November 5, election. Ballots will include national, state wide and local decisions for Nebraska voters and those in Clipper Country.
