Shelton High homecoming candidates announced recently
Candidates for Shelton High’s 2023 homecoming queen and king were announced last week. Queen candidates are, front row, left to right, Callee Carman and Addison Burr; and king candidates are, back row, Riley Bombeck, Sabastian Sauceda and Gerardo Delgado Romero. Not pictured is queen candidate Amanda Gillming. Coronation of the homecoming king and queen is set for 8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 8, in the new gym. This year’s homecoming theme is “Hollywood.” The dress up theme for today, Thursday, is “Decades Day.” A pep rally will be held at 2:30 p.m. today in the school’s old gym and the Lady Bulldog volleyball team will take on Silver Lake at 7:00 p.m. Friday has been designated at “Blue and White Day.” The homecoming football game will kick off at 2:00 p.m. against Santee. The 2023 Shelton Homecoming Dance will be held from 8:30 to 11:00 p.m. Friday night. (–courtesy photo)
