Shelton Independence Day preparations are underway for Saturday, July 4. While some activities have been confirmed, as of press time, many are still in the works. Organizers are encouraged to contact the Clipper at info@clipperpubco. com as soon as possible with details on events being planned for the day. Activities planned for the day will be featured in upcoming issues of The Clipper and a poster with all of the day’s events will also be printed and distributed around the area and on social media.
The annual Gibbon Chamber of Commerce City-Wide Garage Sales were held on Friday and Saturday, June 5 and 6. The event drew a good number of area enthusiasts to the sales sprinkled throughout the community. Mother Nature came through for nice seasonal weather for the sales which benefitted attendance.
