The board repeated the reorganization steps to show the organization of the committees such as finance and facilities.

Record cold keeps region in deep freeze
An arctic air mass, which has reached as far south as Texas, continued to hold the state in its icy grip for a second week, breaking records and producing dangerous cold and wind chill factors. Forecasters have predicted a slow return to more moderate temperatures over the next few days with high temperatures reaching into the 30s over the weekend and could possibly reach the low 40s by Monday.
