This November, voters in the community of Gibbon are being asked to approve funding for the renovation and an addition to the existing fire hall to include a new fire hall, city hall, and community room. Those proposed additions will be located on the site of the current fire hall and will include a substation for the Buffalo County Sheriff’s Department.
Two candidates will face voters for the office of mayor of Wood River on the November 3 ballot, incumbent Greg Cramer and challenger John Webster. In an effort to aid voters in making informed decisions, the Clipper asked both candidates identical questions and now present their answer for the readers’ consideration.
