Shelton team finds right combination, ends sixty-five year tournament absence

A combination of athletes of many shapes and sizes put together one of the most exciting seasons in Shelton basketball history. A team that ranged from a 5’ 6” point guard to a 6’ 6” center, and five other players on the roster topping six feet tall. The senior heavy team worked their way to a semifinal finish at the 1993 Class C-2 Nebraska state basketball tournament, and a spot on the Class of 2025 Shelton Athletic Hall of Fame.
