Wood River residents who attended a public meeting on January 25 at the community center heard details of a study that was conducted to weigh options on whether to renovate the current Maltman Public Library or relocate the library, senior center, and food pantry to the empty wing next to Stick Creek Kids.

Members of Shelton and Kearney Just For Kix dance teams enjoyed a trip to Florida to perform as part of the Outback Bowl National Performance Team on New Year’s Day, January 1. The dancers and chaperones enjoyed visiting Bush Gardens (above), Clearwater Beach, a Disney Theme Park or Universal Studios, and a dinner cruise on the yacht Starship, and attended an awards banquet and New Year’s Eve party after their performance.
