Gibbon cross country team to get stronger at each meet in 2023

Gibbon High School’s cross country team expects to see improvement with each meet both physically and mentally as the season advances, according to head coach Leon Stall, who returns for his twenty first year at the helm of the team. Coach Stall will field a team consisting of one senior, three juniors, one sophomore and three freshmen. Returning starters/letterwinners are senior Kolby Heikkinen, juniors Keagan Pickel, Titus Tracy and Colby Leonard and freshman Giovanny Hernandez.

Wood River cross country teams look to stay healthy, compete at state

“I think our boys will be competitive for a conference championship or at least to be in the top three,” Wood River head cross country coach Matt Cantrell speculated in regard to the 2023 season. “I do think we have a chance to qualify our boys to state, depending on our district draw. Future Bulldogs Football Youth Camp well attended

A good number of future Shelton Bulldog football players attended the Future Bulldogs Football Youth Camp held July 31 and August 1 for second through eighth grade students. Coached by Shelton High School head coach Ryan Province, camp attendees worked to develop their football skills.
