As the days of November tick down on the way to December, winter sports teams at Gibbon, Shelton, Wood River Rural and Centura high schools have already undertaken practices in anticipation of their seasons beginning at the end of the month.
The 60 member Wood River High School FFA Chapter counted hosting its first annual Elementary Field Day recently among its projects so far this year, and created opportunities for the student body to learn more about agriculture and FFA. “We are planning so many fun events and activities for the community,” said advisor Kiley Codner.
Abby Jones’ Spanish 3 and 4 Gibbon High School students recently read books written in Spanish to Gibbon Elementary students in Mrs. Christina Davis, Mrs. Brittany Gartner, Mrs. Jackie Hoffmeister, Mrs. Robyn Weissmann, and Mrs.
