A great crowd of hunters and handlers turned out for the annual Shelton Easter Egg Hunt at Veterans Memorial Park in Shelton. The hunt was put on by the Shelton National Honor Society students and funded by the Shelton American Legion.
Wood River Rural Schools is hosting an event on Wednesday, April 29, that they would like to make community members aware of. The morning, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., will consist of career exploration on campus. The school is looking for community members to share with the students information about their career path, their business, and the needed job skills for their future employment. Comedian Rex Havens is bringing his comedy routine to Wood River on Sunday, April 12, at 2:30 p.m. It will be held at the Wood River High School Performing Arts Theater located at 13800 W. Wood River Rd., Wood River. This the last performance of the Celebrate Wood River Performing Arts Series for the 2025-2026 season.
