Ahead of a recall vote in the coming months, Gibbon Mayor Leon Stall tendered his resignation after a special meeting of the council held on Monday, November 24, which was convened to appoint a replacement for the vacancy created by the resignation of Ward II councilman Bob Krier at the council’s regular monthly meeting on Monday, November 17.
