Shelton Easter Egg hunters scour Veterans Park for golden prizes

The annual Shelton Easter Egg Hunt drew a great crowd of anxious hunters on Saturday, April 19, in search of the coveted golden egg. Those lucky enough to find one are pictured above. Standing from left to right are Harper Kropp, Maeve Glenn, Decker Hayes, Joelynn Jensen, Joshua Wiehn, Sutter Yockey, Addy Krolikowski, Mariah Nutter, Johnny Pope, Emmett Arnold, Karrington Rolfsmeyer, and Tate Meyer. Buffalo track and field teams return home with hardware from Franklin Invitational

The Gibbon Lady Buffalo track and field team rolled up 41.25 team points to finish the Franklin Invitational in fourth place and the Gibbon boys tied for eighth at the Franklin Invitational on Tuesday, April 8, and individual athletes earned a good number of medals to bring home with them. The Silver Lake ladies won the girls side of the meet with 114 team points and Deshler’s 75 points won the boys side.
