The Wood River Junior Legion baseball team played host to the Shelton/Gibbon (S/G) squad on Thursday, June 19, for a typical rivalry game. Leading 3-2 after four innings, the hosts could not hold off the hot bats of S/G hitters in the fifth, falling 7-4 in the five inning contest.
