Recently Gibbon Spanish, English and Pathways to Success students have seen some exciting changes in their classrooms thanks to Donors Choose projects being funded! Donors Choose is a U.S. based nonprofit organization that allows teachers to create projects with items they need/want for their classrooms and for any individual or business to donate directly to the project.
A homecoming win for the Gibbon Buffaloes came at the expense of the visiting Centura Centurions by a 35-13 score on Friday, October 9.
The B-6 District Champion Grand Island Central Catholic Crusaders softball team, including Boston Boucher, Kiernan Paulk, Lauryn Zessin, Sara Philmalee and Haylee Meyers, from Wood River Rural High School, defeated the Wayne Lady Blue Devils twice in back-to-back games last week to advance to the state tournament played in Hastings this week.
