Hughes Bentley Morris, Jr., age 91, of Lincoln, passed away August 20, 2023. Services will be held at Elkhorn Hills United Methodist Church (20227 Veterans Dr., Elkhorn) on Saturday, September 30, 2023. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.

Diana Dieken, age 79, of Hastings, died August 22, 2023, at Regional Medical Center of Grand Island. A funeral service was held Saturday, August 26, at Christ Lutheran Church in Juniata with Pastor Greg Volske officiating. Burial followed at Concordia Cemetery.

Serapia B. Ramirez, age 94, of Gibbon, passed away Monday, August 14, 2023, at Mount Carmel Home Keens Memorial in Kearney. Mass of Christian Burial was held Monday, August 21, 2023, at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Shelton with Father Joshua Brown officiating. Burial was at Riverside Cemetery in Gibbon.
