The 2021-22 school year at Gibbon Public School is set to begin next week with five new staff members. Klesha Miller, Josh Miller, Carlos Vargas, Chris Denton, and Connie Meyer have signed on as staff members.
When Shelton students returned to classes this week, two new faces greeted them, kindergarten through twelfth grade life skills teacher Rebecca Hoobler, and third grade teacher Dwight Jones.
Roaring engines, flying dirt, a lot of black smoke and stands full of fans marked the 2021 Gibbon Tractor Pull held on Friday, August 6. The annual event featured Outlaw Truck and Tractor Pulling Association Light Limited Pro Tractors, Light Super Stock, Limited Pro Stock, Unlimited Super Stock and other truck and tractor class entries.
