The Wood River Eagle boys wrestlers kicked off the new season by hosting a dual with Aurora on Thursday, December 4, and then were part of the 18-team field at the Ravenna Invitational on Friday, December 5.
The Shelton Goodfellows will again be preparing gift and food boxes for those families struggling during this holiday season. This program would not be successful without the amazing assistance from the many “elves” of our community.

The visiting St. Paul Lady Wildcats got the best of the Gibbon Lady Buffaloes in the first game of the season on the court in Gibbon, 63-40, on Thursday, December 4, and the Central City ladies came to Gibbon the following night and returned home with a 62-16 win over the Gibbon ladies.
