Lois J. Benson, age 84, of Kearney, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2024, at Mother Hull Home in Kearney. Private family graveside services will be held at Riverside Cemetery in Gibbon. A celebration of life and luncheon will be 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Faith United Church in Gibbon.

Inez Marie Rohrich, age 91, of Wood River, went to be with the Lord on April 6, 2024, at St. Francis Hospital in Grand Island with her children by her side. Funeral services will be Saturday, April 13, at 11:00 a.m. at Apfel Funeral Home in Grand Island with Pastor Terry Boshart officiating. Donald J. Theis, age 87, of Gibbon, passed away Thursday, April 4, 2024, at CHI Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney. A memorial mass was held Tuesday, April 9, at St. James Catholic Church in Kearney with Father Joe Hannappel officiating. Military honors were provided by Kearney American Legion #52, VFW Post #759 in conjunction with the United States Navy Funeral Honors Team following the service at the church.
