Shelton Hall of Fame inductions held last Friday

The Shelton High School Athletic and Baseball Hall of Fame inductions were held last Friday, January 30, at the Shelton school, honoring three individuals and one team. Above, Tory Duncan accepts the plaque for his father Doug, who was inducted as a contributor to Shelton athletics for over 25 years serving the school district and community. Shelton, Wood River TeamMates come together on the court

Motivational speaker and Chief Executive Officer of TeamMates Mentoring DeMoine Adams visited Shelton on Thursday, January 22, during halftime of the Shelton vs Wood River girls basketball game to recognize all mentors and mentees from both schools. January is National Mentoring Month. TeamMates Mentoring was founded in 1991 by Coach Tom Osborne and his wife Nancy, who believed that positive relationships could change lives. The mission of TeamMates is to positively impact the world by inspiring students to reach their full potential through mentoring.
