Dale always said growing up they weren’t allowed to dance, play cards, drink alcohol or smoke, so all that was left to do was work, and work he did for 95 years. He leveled land up until two days before he was admitted to the hospital with COVID-19. Dale was born May 25, 1925, to Albert and Lillie (Bernhagen) Whitefoot at Boelus. He left this earth on Thursday, November 19, 2020, on a beautiful warm sunny day.

Harold T. Cepel, age 86, of Gibbon, passed away Thursday, November 26, 2020, at his home. Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 1, at Horner Lieske McBride and Kuhl Funeral and Cremation Services in Kearney. Pastor Dean Pofahl officiated and burial was at Kearney Cemetery.
