Madeline Richardson, age 93, of Gibbon, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2021, at Good Samaritan Society - St. John’s Nursing Home in Kearney. Private family graveside services will be held at Shelton Cemetery.
Rodney “Rod” Ray Svoboda, age 53, of Upland, passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2021, as a result of an automobile accident. Funeral services were held Monday, February 8, at New Life Church in Kearney. Burial was in the Upland Cemetery. Reverend Roger Wendt officiated. Arthur Barg passed away on January 30, 2021, at 107 years young. Arthur was a resident at Good Samaritan Village in Grand Island; and a long-time resident of Grand Island prior to moving to the village. Prior to moving to Grand Island, he was a business owner and resident of Wood River.
