Maxine M. Thompson, age 84, of Kearney, passed away Saturday, June 6, 2020, at her home in Kearney. Funeral services will be held today (Thursday) at 10:30 a.m. at O’Brien Straatmann Redinger Funeral Home in Kearney. Pastor Dean Pofahl will officiate. Interment will follow at Fort McPherson National Cemetery. Visitation is one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Dan Smith, age 59, of Gibbon, passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at the Fred and Pamela Cancer Treatment Center in Omaha. A memorial service was held Friday, June 5, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Kearney with the Reverend Duane Duley officiating. Interment will be held at a later date.
Delores “Patty” Reeder, age 87, of Ashland, went peacefully to her heavenly home on June 3, 2020, at Azria Health Care Ashland.
Henrietta Elizabeth Wilcoxson, age 79, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away May 26, 2020, at Honor Health in Phoenix, Arizona. The family had a private service for her on May 30. There will be a celebration of life for her at a later date.
