John “Johnny” P. O’Brien, age 77, of Shelton, passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2020, at his home. A funeral mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, August 8, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Shelton with Father Jorge Canela officiating. Interment will follow at Prairie Home Cemetery in Holdrege, at approximately 11:30 a.m. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. tomorrow (Friday) followed by a 7:00 p.m. Rosary at the church.
