Visible improvements have been taking shape at the Cheyenne State Recreation Area south of Wood River this winter. Widened roads and new camping pads with electrical power will enhance local camping. Two sites are paved and designated for handicapped camp

SPS selects Rod Engel to lead district

Shelton Public School will have a newsuperintendent beginning this July after the Shelton Board of Education offered a contract to Rod Engel, who previously taught at Shelton and is currently the elementary principal at Doniphan/Trumbull Public School, at a meeting held on Wednesday, February 26.
