Terry L. Orr, age 76, of Grand Island, Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at CHI Health Bergan Mercy in Omaha, with his daughters at his side. Mr. Orr’s life will be celebrated Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Curran Funeral Chapel at 3005 S. Locust Street in Grand Island with family greeting the public from 9:00 a.m. until service time. Reverend Sheri Lodel will officiate. Inurnment will be in the Grand Island City Cemetery. Marvin L. Kubert, age 85, of Wood River, died on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at Bickford Cottages in Grand Island.

Billy Sam Martin, age 95, of Gibbon, passed away Friday, April 11, 2025, at Mt. Carmel Keens Memorial Home in Kearney. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 18, at the O’Brien Straatmann Redinger Funeral Home in Kearney. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Gibbon with military honors provided by American Legion Post #310 in conjunction with the Nebraska National Guard Funeral Honors Team. Visitation will be today (Thursday) from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at O’Brien Straatmann Redinger Funeral Home in Kearney.
