Karen Shiers, age 71, of Kearney, passed away Sunday, December 12, 2021, at her home. Funeral services were held Friday, December 17, 2021, at Faith United Methodist Church in Gibbon with Pastor Mike Evans officiating. Burial followed the service at the Gibbon Riverside Cemetery. Graveside services were held Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at Riverside Cemetery with Reverend Dr. Michelle Holley Carlson and Reverend Dr. Rick Carlson officiating.
