Gibbon graduates of 2019 turn their tassels

Commencement ceremonies were held for the Gibbon High Class of 2019 on Saturday, May 11, with twenty-eight seniors becoming graduates.

The class flower was a red rose, the class colors were black and blue and “Five More Minutes” by Scotty McCreery was chosen as the class song. The Class of 2019’s motto was “What lies behind us, and what lies before us are small matters compared to what lies within us,” by Ralph Waldo Emerson.
