Gibbon Board plans school opening procedures

Students return to classes and how to keep students and staff safe was among the agenda items covered by the Gibbon Board of Education at its regular monthly meeting on Monday, July 13.

What to expect on that first week of classes for students August 17 through 20 earned a fair amount of discussion by both the board and administration. It was decided that students should plan to come to school on Monday, August 17, when for assessments from the end of the year learning and go through technology to get prepared for the new school year.
