The Centura High School Class of 1968 recently held their 55th class reunion within the traditions of the class set for the school in 1968.
MaKenzie Peters, at right, of Wood River, graduated from Creighton University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Degree, Cum Laude, on August 9, 2023. MaKenzie is the daughter of Steve and Lori Peters, of Wood River, a 2018 Wood River Rural High School alum, and recent graduate of Hastings College. Matt and Jessica (Rauert) Huston, of Omaha, are proud to announce the birth of their son, Hayes Ronald. Hayes was born July 12, 2023, at 4:03 a.m. He weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces and was 20 1/4 inches long at birth.
