A card shower has been requested in honor of Rod and Pearl Johnson’s 50th wedding anniversary. Rod Johnson and Pearl Dethlefs were married on August 1, 1970. Their family includes their daughter and son-in-law, Holly and Neil Petty Jr., and four grandchildren, Tanner, Cody, Breanna, and Dillon. There will be a special drive-by for them on Saturday, August 1, at their house at 2:00 p.m. Please meet at the Wood River Fire Station at 1:30 p.m. so the group can travel together to arrive at the couple’s house at 2:00. In celebration of Richard and Virginia Soto’s 50th wedding anniversary, their family would like to honor them with a card shower.
