Shelton United Methodist Church to celebrate 50 years this Sunday

The Shelton United Methodist Church will be celebrating 50 years in the current church building this Sunday, June 30. In November, 1967, the church building was destroyed by fire. Then on May 1, 1969, the new building was available for worship services. This Sunday there will be displays in the fellowship hall chronicling the activities of the last 50 years, and cake and punch will be served following the 10:00 a.m. service. All those interested are welcome to attend.
