Robert Dale “Bob” Clark

Mr. Robert Dale “Bob” Clark, age 72, of Meansville, Georgia, passed away October 11, 2021.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at 2:00 p.m., at the Bethel United Methodist Church, 9240 Lakota Road, Gibbon.

Bob was born April 29, 1949, in Kearney, son of the late Earl Clark and Wanola Bissell Clark. Bob was a veteran of the US Navy, serving aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ranger. He worked as a welder for years, and in 1985, he and his wife Diana moved Wanola Ceramics to Meansville, Georgia, to become B and D Ceramics. For 38 years, he has carried on his parents’ legacy.

Bob is survived by his children, Becky Watts (James), of Zebulon, Georgia, Dixie Benson (Nathan), of Barnesville, Georgia, Brian Clark, of Meansville, Georgia, and Heather McLaurin (Kerry), of Macon, Georgia; grandchildren, Arielle, Will, Mikayla, Kiera, Rob, Luke, Gianna, Kaiden, Christian, Asher, and Roxy; his former wife of 47 years, Diana Clark, of Forsyth, Georgia; sisters and brothers, Eulah Gangwish (Alex), of Nebraska, Dick Clark, of Nebraska, Don Clark (Mary), of Colorado, Bill Clark (Terri), of Nebraska, and Evelyn Jones (Steve), of Kansas; and many nieces and nephews.
