Jason Kyle Busch

Jason Kyle Busch, age 33, of Gibbon, peacefully departed this world on May 27, 2025, after a courageous battle with brain cancer, surrounded by his beloved family.

Funeral services were held Saturday, May 31, 2025, at the Gibbon Baptist Church with Pastor Taylor Shippy officiating. Burial followed in the Riverside Cemetery in Gibbon.

Apfel Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on April 3, 1992, in Grand Island, Jason was the treasured son of Mary and Dennis Busch and a cherished brother to Jamie Barnes and Jennifer Weems.

Jason graduated from Ravenna High School, where he displayed the dedicated work ethic and positivity that defined him throughout life.

On June 4, 2016, Jason married Christina Leonard, the love of his life.

Together, they built a beautiful family and welcomed

two children, Brooke and Brayden, who were the light of Jason’s life. As a devoted father and husband, he cherished every moment with his family, ensuring they always felt loved and supported.

Jason is survived by his wife, Christina Busch; daughter, Brooke; son, Brayden; parents, Mary and Dennis Busch; and sisters, Jamie Barnes and Jennifer Weems.

Jason’s family appreciates all the heartfelt prayers and condolences they have received during this difficult time.
