Cyndi S. Beaver
Cyndi S. Beaver, age 65, of Gibbon, passed away Friday, December 1, 2023, at CHI Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. tomorrow, Friday, December 8, 2023, at O’Brien Straatmann Redinger Funeral Home in Kearney. Interment will be held at a later date. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. today, Thursday, December 7, at O’Brien Straatmann Redinger Funeral Home in Kearney.
Memorials are suggested to Concrete Cares or to Tony Turner Memorial Scholarship.

Cyndi was born September 7, 1958, in Belleville, Kansas, to Harry Roscoe Leonard Jr. and Sandra Sue (Garst) Leonard. She attended Kearney High School, graduating with the class of 1977. Cyndi was a visual auditor for Eaton Corporation for 28 years. She was united in marriage to Mike Beaver on May 7, 2011, in Kearney.
Cyndi loved her family “everyone she ever met,” she loved planning events that brought her loved ones together, including hosting Sunday game night and dinner every week for all to attend. She never missed a birthday, game or event and enjoyed her loved one’s accomplishments. Cyndi also enjoyed traveling, fishing, volunteering, scrapbooking, gardening, reading romance novels, camping, Husker games, and reruns on the Hallmark Channel.
Left to cherish her memory are her father, Harry Leonard, Jr.; husband, Mike Beaver; children, Amber Stump-Wright, Ashley Turner, Logan (MacKenzie) Stump and Dylan Kniffen, Kathleen (Dylan) Kirschenmann, Jennifer (Mike) Stadler, and Amber (Chadd) Kniffen, Adam (Rachel) Beaver, Tim (Brittany) Beaver, Mark (Alisa) Kniffen, and Jon (Amber) Beaver; 49 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; as well as many extended family and friends.
Cyndi was preceded in death by her mother, Sandra Leonard; brother, Wade Leonard; grandmother, Lucy; and son-in-law, Tony Turner.
