Betty Lou Damratowski, age 85, of Elkhorn, formerly of Grand Island, died peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at the Country House Residence in Elkhorn.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at St. Leo’s Catholic Church in Grand Island. The Reverends Tim Stoner and Mark Maresh will celebrate the Mass. Burial will be in the Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Grand Island.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 21, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the church, with a 7:00 p.m. vigil service.
Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association.
Peters Funeral Home, of St. Paul, is assisting the family.
