Connie M. Havener

Connie M. Havener, age 78, of Junction City, Kansas, passed away on March 4, 2025, at Stormont-Vail Healthcare.

A visitation will be held at the Johnson and Mass-Hinitt Funeral Home on Friday, March 21, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30p.m. Thefuneralhome is located at 203 North Washington Street in Juntion City, Kansas. A graveside service will follow at Kansas Veterans’ Cemetery, 5181 Wildcat Creek Road, Manhattan, Kansas.

Connie was born in Grand Island to Howard McAhren and Marie Rathman on August 28, 1946.

She married Steve Havener on February 24, 1970, in Novato, California, and had two children.

Connie is survived by her brother, DeWayne (Joanne) McAhren, of San Rafael, California; her daughter, Tiffany (Scott Cook) Havener, of Junction City, Kansas; her son, Sean (Jocelyn) Havener, of Kansas City, Missouri; one grandchild, Arijana (Jacob) York; one greatgrandchild, Lucas of Emporia, Kansas; and a host of other loving family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Steve, and her mother and father.
