Kenneth Alan (Spook) Mayfield

Kenneth Alan (Spook) Mayfield, of Gibbon, passed away October 8, 2024, at the age of 68.

There will be no visitation as he was cremated per his request. Spook would want casual attire worn to the Celebration of Life at the Gibbon Faith United Methodist Church on October 26, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.

He was born September 25, 1956, and adopted by Kenneth and Eileen Mayfield, of Gibbon.

Alan attended Gibbon Public School. His passions in life were trucking all over the United States, Harley Davidson motorcycles, and rock and roll. He was a member of Gibbon Faith United Methodist Church of Gibbon, Post #310 Sons of the American Legion, and Legion Riders of Gibbon. Alan also helped the Gibbon Tractor Pullers Association with the sound system over the years.

Alan was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his brother Kevin Mayfield and many friends across the country.
