Wood River FunFest begins Friday

Wood River FunFest 2021 begins this Friday, August 20, and continues on Saturday, August 21, and Sunday, August 22.
FunFest begins on Friday with an unjudged car and bike show and shine on Tenth Street between West and Main Streets from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m. All vehicle makes, models and conditions are welcome to take part. There is no registration fee and there will be a drawing for prizes.
A Mexican food feed/fundraiser for the Wood River Rural High School Spanish Club will be held at the Methodist Church from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. and at 6:00 p.m. a local coed slow-pitch softball tournament will be held at the Wood River ball fields.
