Bethel United Methodist Church is planning an Easter Sunrise Service this Sunday. The site of service is planned for “Randall’s Hill,” beginning at 6:40 a.m. on Easter Sunday. To get to the site, cars will enter the driveway at 11025 Ravenna Road and follow the trail to the top of the hill. The service is planned similar to a drive-in movie, with those attending staying in their cars, as they are parked facing the cross. The audio will be beamed to cell phone users in their cars, with directions as to how to receive the audio.

In honor of Brian and Jo Reeder’s 40th wedding anniversary on April 9, a card shower has been requested. Cards can be sent to 612 “C” Street, Shelton NE 68876.

About 632 students from 24 high schools, including Shelton, participated in ACTIONS Day on March 11 at Central Community College-Hastings.
