Centura Student Council earns award from Teens in the Driver Seat organization
The Centura Student Council has been working with the Teens in the Driver Seat Organization for the past eight years. They have given messages to students on seatbelt usage, driver distractions, and driving while impaired. During this time period, they have won two trophies and close to $4,000 for their efforts, competing against 35 other schools in Nebraska. As a winning school, they will be recognized at this year’s TDS Virtual Summit Kick-off Celebration on Saturday, May 1, 2021.
