Our coverage of the schools include all the activities of the elementary and secondary students, in the classroom and the playing field. Our motto of "Our Town, Our People" shows in each weekly issue with pictures and stories of local people and activities. The news and advertising deadline is 5:00 p.m. on Monday.

The Sunbeam is a part of Clipper Publishing Inc.

Steve Glenn is the current owner/publisher, taking over ownership in 2005.

We also offer the Sunbeam online. Our electronic issues (eSubs) are made available on your computer each week for an annual cost of $35.00, no matter where you live. Be sure to indicate that you would like a eSub so we don’t confuse it with a regular paper subscription.
